Paint Enhancement and Paint Correction are similar but have some major differences:
Paint Enhancement is a very light form of paint correction but not cutting into the vehicle's clear coat much, more leveling it off than cutting. Paint Enhancement would be things such as: using a clay bar to remove contaminants and smooth out the vehicle's clear coat, polishing paint with a 'jeweling polish' to improve gloss and depth of shine, or applying a fresh layer of sealant or wax.
Paint Correction is going a little bit 'deeper' into the vehicle's clear coat using professional grade compound & polish. This will remove anywhere from 65%-95% of the imperfections. Then proceeded with final paint enhancements to further polish the vehicle's paint to a brilliant shine.
There are quite a few different ways to enhance or correct paint, so we simplified it down to a One, Two, or Three Step Correction process. Not every vehicle needs the same steps to achieve the intended results!

Paint Correction is only necessary when the vehicle’s clear coat or paint is not up to optimal gloss/clarity levels. Paint that tends to show hazing, marring, swirling, and/or minor scratching will need work done by a professional with a Rotary or DA Polisher. Furthermore, Paint Correction is utilized to achieve optimal results and proper bonding when applying a Wax/Sealant, Ceramic Coating, or PPF (Paint Protection Film).

It all begins with the prep work! To get your vehicle to the optimal cleanliness prior to paint correction is a laborious task that takes major skill and effort. However, using professional grade products, equipment, and a little know-how, we are able to turn out paint correction jobs in a matter of hours or days. Time until full completion is fully dependent on the level of correction needed and size of vehicle.

1 STEP Paint Enhancement

Ultra-Light correction, light cleaning and decontamination of paint including clay bar if needed. Followed by a fine finishing polish that will enhance gloss, brighten the look of the paint, and remove any light surface marring.

Vehicles that are free of swirls and scratches but looking to maximize gloss, or for vehicle owners who are not concerned with full on paint correction.

2 STEP Paint Correction

MEDIUM correction, moderate cleaning and decontamination of exterior including clay bar, fallout removal, and light tar removal. Followed up with a fine finishing polish in Step One for maximum clarity and to further smooth out any leftover imperfections in the clear coat. Two step paint correction takes up to 65%-75% of imperfections out.

Vehicles that have swirl marks, without many heavier scratches. A great option for daily driven vehicles that may or may not seen the local car wash one too many times. For Paint that has been moderately neglected.

3 STEP Paint Correction

HEAVY correction, deep cleaning and decontamination of exterior including clay bar, fallout removal, and tar removal. Followed by Step Two for reducing the leftover marring and hazing that occurs when doing this deep of cutting, then Step One to smooth the rest of the imperfections in the clear coat for maximum clarity and depth to the vehicle's paint as possible. Three step paint correction takes up to 80%-95% of imperfections out.
